Electoral Area C
Overview
The SLRD is in the process of updating the Electoral Area C Zoning Bylaw No. 765, 2002. The minor amendments include:
- Revising the definition of bed and breakfast
- Adding provisions for emergency shelter use in most zones
- Updating numbering in the bylaw
- Revising the existing Ponderosa Estates zone so that it better reflects the original Land Use Contract
Current Status
This bylaw has been given first, second, and third reading and has been sent to the Ministry of Transportation and Transit for approval prior to adoption.
