Watch Board and Committee Meetings

The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) holds regular scheduled Board, Standing Committee and Sea to Sky Regional Hospital District (SSRHD) Board meetings at 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, B.C.

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings in-person to observe or, may watch the livestream or on-demand recording on any device.

All meetings are open to the public, unless a meeting or part of a meeting is authorized to be closed to the public in accordance with the Local Government Act and the Community Charter.

Board, Standing Committee and SSRHD Board meetings are livestreamed and recorded for on-demand viewing pursuant to SLRD Procedure Bylaw (consolidated). Meetings may have some or all meeting participants attending via electronic or other communication facilities.

  • When a meeting or part of a meeting is open to the public, video of the meeting in session will be available in the below window to view. Refresh your browser page periodically to allow the livestream to load.
  • When a meeting or part of a meeting is closed to the public, there will be no livestream available - the below window will show 'this video is unavailable'. When the open meeting session resumes, video of the meeting in session will be available in the below window to view. Refresh your browser page periodically to allow the livestream to load.

On-demand recordings of Board and Standing Committee meetings

  • Once the meeting ends, the recording of the meeting will be available to members of the public for on demand viewing generally within two business days on the SLRD Meetings Portal.

Public Hearings and Select Committee Meeting

  • Public Hearings and Select Committee meetings are available to members of the public via Zoom Webinar and are not livestreamed.
  • Members of the public may register for these meetings via the link provided in the meeting notice on the SLRD website.
  • On-demand recordings of these meetings are posted to the SLRD Meetings Portal typically within two weeks of the event.
